Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
– Refund must be requested in writing by contacting hi@bibekshaw.com
– Hard goods must be returned to BIBEK SHAW LLC immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting hi@bibekshaw.com as directed in step 1.
– The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new or re-sellable condition, as determined in BIBEK SHAW LLC’s sole, reasonable discretion
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.bibekshaw.com:

3. Funnel Building Service
4. Consulting Service
5. Ads Services
Refunds of Digital/Subscription-Based Goods:
Refunds for digital or subscription-based goods are strictly limited to the eBooks only.
To be eligible for a refund for the eBooks:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting hi@bibekshaw.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 365 days of the original purchase date
Refunds are not applicable for any other digital products, including but not limited to:
1. Audio Books
2. Checklists
3. Templates
4. Swipe Files
5. Or any digital products.
